Brian M. Sasman P.E. (WI, IL, FL), President

Mr. Sasman has extensive experience in window and curtainwall testing beginning in 1997. Brian began his career representing a leading window and curtainwall manufacturer in technical matters surrounding window and curtainwall mock-up installation and testing. Throughout this time, Brian managed and performed testing at the manufacturer’s in-house test facility, as well as witnessing mock-up installation and testing as a manufacturer’s technical representative at laboratories throughout the US. Brian joined the QCT team in 2005 where his efforts were focused on developing facilities and equipment to serve the laboratory testing needs of our clients. As a result, QCT has achieved accreditation as a testing laboratory by numerous organizations associated with the fenestration industry. Brian currently holds professional engineering license in the states of WI, FL, and IL. In addition to serving as President of QCT, Brian also maintains certifications as an NFRC Simulator and NFRC Approved Calculation Entity (ACE).

Matthew W. Wendland, Vice President

Mr. Wendland has 12 years of fenestration testing experience beginning in 2006. He began his career as a field testing technician working directly with Mr. Tim Quast, who served as his mentor. Matt studied business management at Northcentral Technical College in central Wisconsin where he attended accelerated courses while working full time. Prior to QCT, Matt worked at an insulated glass manufacturer where he was the floor supervisor. He participated in the development of the QCT Field Testing Crew and is responsible for their day-to-day operations and business development.
